Microdermabrasion
Microdermabrasion helps repair facial skin, which takes a beating from the sun and the effect of aging. This treatment buffs and polishes the skin to achieve a healthy appearance and helps alleviate fine lines, pigmentation, acne and dull dry skin. It stimulates the production of skin cells and new collagen. It is also popular for removing the rough skin of keratosis pilaris found on the upper arms and shoulders. During the treatment, the abrasive head of the device is moved across the skin with applied vacuum suction, resulting in a very gentle and controlled exfoliation of the skin.
Over time, pigment fades away and surface irregularities, such as fine wrinkles and acne scars, begin to soften. It has been proven to be a very popular, non-surgical cosmetic procedure with no pain and no downtime. We recommend at least 6 treatments to get visible result.
Cosmetic Injections
Since cosmetic injections target wrinkles, people with wrinkles around the eyes, a frown or deep lines that they would like to soften are all suitable candidates. One 20-minute treatment – a few tiny injections of neuromodulators – smooths wrinkles in a few days after the treatment. Also this treatment can be combined with any other beauty treatment such as Dermal Fillers or Mesotherapy. The combined approach produces even better result. We work with different brand names of neuromodulator medications such as Botox, Dysport and Xeomin provided by different manufacturers and approved by Health Canada.
Dermal Fillers are sterile gels consisting of stabilized Hyaluronic acid designed specialy for cosmetic injections. They correct facial lines, wrinkles and folds, enhance lips or shape facial contours. Princess, Juvederm, Restylane are well-known names of dermal fillers widely used in Canada.
Due to the fact that the long-term safety of these kind of treatments has now been clinically established, cosmetic injectables have become the number one aesthetic procedure in the worl
Mesotherapy
Mesotherapy is a cosmetic injectable method of delivering medical-grade or naturopathic solutions such us hyaluronic acid, anti-aging, anti-acne or anti-inflammatory peptides, antioxidants and other substances into the dermal level of the skin. This is done to stimulate the dermis (deep skin layer), boosting collagen production, tightening and hydrating the skin, which leads to eye lifting, face lifting, dark circle removal around the eyes, or skin rejuvenation results. PRP (Platelet Reach Plasma) treatments – so-called Vampire Lifting – is part of Mesotherapy as well. This method is also used for hair loss conditions.
Nowadays, there are special technologies capable of transferring therapeutic solutions without a needle. Needle-Free Mesotherapy, or electroporation, is a Noble Prize technology based on the momentary creation of small pores in cell membranes by applying an electrical pulse. With this technology, we infuse those solutions into the dermis without needles.
Depending on the different conditions, the method of choice is determined individually.
Non-Surgical Face lift
Many different technologies are contributing to skin tightening and lifting.
Thread lifting
Thread lifting is a minimally invasive alternative to facelift surgery. It has been around since the 1990s, but innovations in the material used for thread lifts have led to an increase in popularity in recent years.
Thread liftings claim to tighten the skin by inserting medical-grade dissolvable thread material into the face, which is considered a low-risk procedure with minimal recovery time. A little side effect of redness, bruising, and swelling may occur. Results from a thread lift last from 1 to 3 years. For best results, we recommend a combination of a thread lift with other kinds of anti-aging procedures, such as Radio Frequency.
The typical candidates for a thread lift are individuals in their late 30s to 50s, who just started noticing the signs of aging. They may benefit the most from the subtle impact of a thread lift. Those who can’t have a surgical facelift because of medical conditions that make general anesthesia risky may consider a thread lift as a safer alternative.
Radio frequency (RF)
Radio frequency (RF) is a sub-dermal technology that has proven to be extremely effective in tightening, smoothing out, and improving the skin’s overall appearance in any area of the face and body. RF waves increase the temperature of the deep layer of your skin to over 115°F (46°C). Exposure for over 3 minutes causes the body to release heat-shock proteins. These proteins stimulate the body to create new collagen fibers. The procedure normally takes less than an hour and should be nearly painless – ia so-called “lunch time treatment”. The primary benefits of RF therapy are skin tightening and getting rid of fine wrinkles; however, RF therapy may also help fight sun damage due to its ability to stimulate the production of collagen.
RF therapy helps tighten sagging skin on the whole body contributing to body contouring as well.
Myofascial massage
Myofascial massage is another non-invasive way to lift the face based on manual osteopathy.
This facial myofascial manipulation technique brings life, vitality, and nutrients by way of increased circulation. It helps to release any blockages in the muscles, fascias providing optimal microcirculation and releasing tension. When tension is released and optimal circulation is restored, deep lines can soften, and the skin becomes radiant and plump again. Muscles and fascias get toned and the overall result shows a facelift as well as reduced folds and wrinkles.
